Sue Schooley lettered in three sports – field hockey, lacrosse and basketball - at Glassboro State from 1965 to 1968.
 
Schooley was a four-year member of the field hockey and basketball teams, while spending three years with the lacrosse team.
 
Following her graduation in 1968, she went on to compete in field hockey and lacrosse on the local, regional, and national levels, and then served both sports as a coach. She coached the U.S. Women’s Lacrosse Team from 1980 to 1987 and was the founder and president of both the Lacrosse Club of South Jersey, as well as the West Jersey Lacrosse Association.
 
A long-time lacrosse umpire, Schooley served on the Lacrosse Foundation Board of Directors and chaired several USWLA national tournaments.
