Ernest Lattimer was an All-American for the Glassboro State track & field team from 1974 to 1977.
 
He earned All-American honors with his sixth-place finish in the 100 meters (10.7) at the 1976 NCAA Division III Championships. Lattimer ran on the 4x100 meter relay team that clocked a school-record time of 42.5 at the Metropolitan Championships to qualify for nationals.
 
Lattimer was a member of the 4x400 meter relay team that won the NJSCAC title in 1976 while the Profs captured the conference team championship in both 1976 and 1977. He also ran on the sprint medley relay that posted a school record (3:26.2) at the Penn Relays.
