Art Collazo played second base for the Profs, earning All-America Honorable Mention status in both 1965 and his senior year, 1968.
 
Collazo was a key member of the team that reached the 1965 NAIA World Series while being named to the All-Tournament Team. He was chosen to the All-Conference team twice as well.
 
He also played soccer for four years, earning the Most Valuable Player award in 1967 and being named the Co-MVP in 1965 and 1966.
