Michelle Andre was an All-American in two sports, field hockey and softball, while also playing one season of lacrosse for the Profs.
 
In field hockey, Andre received NFHCA All-America First Team honors in 1997 as she totaled 18 goals and five assists for 41 points. Named the 1997 NJAC Midfielder of the Year, she earned her third selection to the All-Conference First Team. Named to the South Atlantic Region First Team three times, Andre was the 1997 Division III Offensive Player of the Year as chose by the Field Hockey Club of South Jersey. The two-year team captain closed out her career with 94 points (38 goals, 18 assists).
 
Andre earned All-America Second Team honors in softball in 1996, while compiling a career batting average of .374 with 174 hits, 120 RBI and 122 runs scored. An All-Conference First Team and All-Region First Team selection in all three seasons, the third baseman was an ECAC All-Star and team captain in 1996. The Profs participated in the NCAA Tournament those three years and won the regional and advanced to the national championship round in 1995.
 
Andre closed out her career as the starter in goal for Rowan’s lacrosse team in 1999, earning IWLCA All-Metro Region Second Team honors. The Profs went 13-3 and earned a bid to the NCAA Tournament.
