Musey-Lau was a three-time All-American first baseman from 1994-97. In 1994, she helped lead Rowan to the NJAC Championship. The softball team won the NCAA Seed Two Regional and advanced to the national finals. Musey-Lau batted .387 with 10 doubles, three triples, three home runs and 36 runs batted in. She garnered New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Conference, Mid-Atlantic All-Region and Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Metro All-Star first team and All-America third team honors.

In 1995, Musey-Lau hit .376 and tallied seven doubles, two triples, two home runs and 38 RBIs. She was selected to the NJAC All-Conference and All-Tournament Teams. Musey-Lau was also chosen to the Mid-Atlantic All-Region first team. Rowan captured the NCAA Seed Five Regional title and reached the national championship tournament. The Profs had a 32-9 record in 1996 and competed in the NCAA Seed Two Regional. Musey-Lau posted a .500 batting average and recorded eight doubles, seven triples, seven home runs and 54 RBIs. She was a member of the NJAC All-Conference and ECAC Metro All-Star Teams. Musey-Lau was a first team All-American.

Musey-Lau had a career year in 1997. She batted .504 with 13 doubles, nine triples, nine home runs and 55 RBIs. Musey-Lau’s play earned her the NJAC Player of the Year award and All-Conference honors. She was named to the Mid-Atlantic All-Region first team, the NCAA Seed One Regional All-Tournament Team and the All-America first team. The Profs had a 35-5 mark. Musey-Lau ended her career with the school records for home runs per game in a season (0.23, 1997), home runs in a season (9, 1997), bases on balls in a season (27, 1997), home runs in a career (21) and slugging percentage in a career (.723). She still holds the University mark for slugging percentage in a season (1.018, 1997).

Musey-Lau graduated in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in health and exercise science. In 2005, she earned a master’s degree in educational leadership from Wilmington University. Musey-Lau is a 1993 graduate of Millville Senior High School.
