Crystal Feo was an All-American for the Rowan softball team and is among one of the top hitters in school history.

During her career (1995-98), Feo recorded a .408 batting average with 221 hits and 104 stolen bases and her total of 176 runs was the school record at the time of her graduation. In 1998, Feo batted .469 and scored 47 runs.

She was a two-time selection to the NFCA All-America First Team (1998, 1996), while earning All-Region honors three times, with two berths on the first team and one on the second team (1997). Feo was also named to the All-Conference First Team three times.

Feo was a member of the Rowan teams that compiled a 134-37 record and advanced to the NCAA Tournament all four years. The Profs competed in the NCAA Regionals in 1996, 1997 and 1998, but captured the Regional title in 1995 to advance to the NCAA Finals.

A member of the University’s first women’s soccer team in 1995, Feo totaled 75 career points, with 27 goals and 21 assists, to rank among the schoo's top all-time scorers, while she received All-NJAC Honorable Mention in 1997.
