Smith College

Parzanese played four years of softball. Her senior season, she earned All-American at pitcher and was the College Player of the Year. She was named to the All-Conference and All-Region teams three straight years (1981-83). Parzanese received the Evelyn Reade Award in 1983 and graduated with a law/justice degree. She played professional softball for the Adamucci Oilers and was the Profs’ pitching coach from 1983-88.
