Smith College

For four years, Tucker lettered in football and golf. He earned All-Conference honors in football and was a member of the conference championships teams from 1973 to 1975. Tucker was selected to the All-Conference golf team four straight years. He was an All-American in golf his senior year and winner of the Albert F. White Award.
               
Tucker graduated in 1975 with a bachelor’s in health and physical education.
