Ogden Repeats as AVCA Volleyball All-American

Earns second-straight honorable mention nod

LEXINGTON, KY -- For the second year in a row, Natalie Ogden was named an AVCA All-American Honorable Mention as the American Volleyball Coaches Association announced the teams on Tuesday.

The award gives Ogden another marquee honor in her final Rowan season, as she was selected the 2022 NJAC Player of the Year as well as AVCA All-Region.

COMPLETE LIST

This year, the three-time All-NJAC performer led the team in kills (362), kills per set (3.48 kps), and double doubles (14) while ranked in the top 5 in the NJAC in those categories.

Earlier this season, Odgen, who also was named NJAC Player of the Week four times this year, surpassed two individual milestones that turned into a team milestone. On September 6th against Muhlenberg, Ogden recorded her 1,000th career dig. One month later, she then adder her 1,000th career kill at Stevenson where she became the first player in program history to have over 1,000 kills and digs. Ogden will leave the program as the all-time leader in attacks (3367) and second in kills (1134).

Rowan went 24-7 this year, winning the NJAC Championship for the second-straight season and a berth in the NCAA Division III Tournament.
