Box Score GLASSBORO, NJ – The Rowan University men's soccer team dropped a close contest to Swarthmore College, 1-0 on Monday evening. The game was rescheduled from Saturday due to the weather.
 
Forward Michael Stewart (sr. Philadelphia, PA/The Shipley School) scored the game-winner for the Garnet (3-0) at 79:37. He blasted a free kick that deflected off the Rowan wall and found its way into the lower right corner.
 
Goalkeeper Tyler Zon (jr. Wellesley, MA/Noble and Grenough) made five saves for his third consecutive shutout. Goalie Kevin Vasta (sr. Randolph, NJ/Randolph) stopped four shots for the Profs (1-3).
 
Rowan hosts the College of Staten Island on Wednesday, September 10 at 7 p.m.
