GLASSBORO, NJ -- The Rowan Field Hockey and Women's Soccer Teams continue to climb in the national polls including a #1 spot while the Prof Volleyball Squad earns its first recognition of the season in our latest weekly rankings update.

Field Hockey is now the #1 ranked team in Division III according to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) after climbing up a spot. The Profs are 14-0 and 4-0 in the NJAC. Women's Soccer is now ranked #20 nationally by the United Soccer Coaches Association (USCA) and have moved up a spot to #3 in the Region IV rankings. Rowan was receiving votes in last week's national poll. The team is currently 10-0-2 and 6-0 in conference play.

The men's cross country team remains #4 and the women's team stays at #7 in the latest U.S Track and Field & Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Metro Region rankings.

In the first NCAA Volleyball Regional Listings, Rowan was among the seven teams mentioned in Region IV. Official rankings will come out in the next poll. The Profs are 18-3 overall and 7-0 in league play.
 
Additionally, men's swimming is ranked #17 nationally by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) and third in the northeast-south region while the women are eighth in the regional poll.
