Colleen Bily into the role of Assistant Athletic Director for Business Operations.

Bergholz has served at Rowan since 2010, first as the department's Athletic Business Manager and most recently, holding the title of Senior Assistant Athletic Director. In her new duties as Senior Associate Athletic Director, she will provide executive oversight of the department's financial, business, and internal operations. Bergholz will lead long-range financial planning and budget strategy while also collaborating to identify and develop new revenue opportunities to increase resources for the Profs' programs and student-athletes.
A 2008 graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University-Madison where she was a member of the varsity field hockey team, Bergholz received her master's degree in sports administration from the school two years later. She is an adjunct professor in sports management at Rowan, a role she's held since 2020.
Grugan's career at Rowan spans 21 years, with the past 14 years as Head Athletic Trainer. In her new role as Associate Athletic Director, she will provide executive oversight of the department's sports medicine and sports performance operations, and the overall management of student-athlete health and care. Additionally, as Senior Women's Administrator she will continue to serve as a key member of the department's senior leadership team and provide an important voice in advancing the overall mission and strategic priorities of Rowan Athletics.
A 2002 graduate of Rowan, Grugan earned her master's of science degree from Georgia Southern University and returned to Glassboro in 2005 as Assistant Athletic Trainer before being promoted to Head Athletic Trainer in 2012.
Bily is in her fourth year working with Rowan Athletics in the post of Administrative Assistant for Game Day Operations. In her expanded role as Assistant Athletic Director, she will manage the day-to-day financial operations of the Department of Athletics including purchasing and procurement, accounts payable, contract administration and vendor management while also coordinating purchasing workflows, and travel reimbursements.
She has worked at Rowan since 2017, previously providing administrative support to the University's Facilities Department. Bily is a graduate of Temple University, receiving her bachelor's degree in elementary education and then her master's in educational administration.
