Colleen Bily joined Rowan Athletics in 2022 as the Game Day Operations Administrative Assistant, and in 2026, was named Assistant Athletic Director for Business Operations.
In her expanded role as Assistant Athletic Director, she will manage the day-to-day financial operations of the Department of Athletics including purchasing and procurement, accounts payable, contract administration and vendor management while also coordinating purchasing workflows, and travel reimbursements.
Bily first came to Rowan in 2017 in the role of Principal Clerk in the University's Facilities Department where she managed the administrative processes and provided support to the unit's leadership and staff.
Prior to Rowan, she held administrative positions in education, including at the Educational Information & Resource Center in Blackwood, NJ, and the Harleysville Learning Center in Harleysville, PA.
She earned a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Temple University and went on to earn a master of education degree in educational administration, also from Temple.
