LOUISVILLE, KY -- The Rowan University Softball Coaching Staff has been named the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Region IV Coaching Staff of the Year for the third-straight season.

This year's Profs went 49-4 which is a program record for most wins and win percentage in a season as well as having the longest win streak in all NCAA Divisions with 31 and wins to open a season.
Rowan made its way back to the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament for the third year in a row after winning the Glassboro Regional and the Glassboro Super Regional.
Coach Wilson, who scored her 1,000th career win on March 18th, is joined on her 2025 staff with
Mary Murray,
Ann Dailey,
Megan Murzello,
Alexa Massa,
Tim Homan, and student assistant
Paige Wilson.
The staff guided seven Profs to All-NJAC honors as well as eight NFCA All-Region selections.
Rylee Lutz,
Payton MacNair,
Liz McCaffery, and
Emily McCutcheon also were named NFCA All-Americans.
Wilson and her staff were also honored with the Dr. June Walker NJAC Coaching Staff of the Year for the fifth-straight season.
The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) awards honors to the top program in each of the 10 regions in Division III as voted upon by the membership coaches.
The staff is now eligible for the ATEC/NFCA Division III National Coaching Staff of the Year award.
