Ann Dailey enters her sixth season as an assistant softball coach at Rowan. During her time with the Profs, she has been a part of three NCAA National Championship Tournament appearances in 2018, 2023, and 2024. The Brown and Gold have won three NJAC Tournament Championships, three NCAA Super Regional Championships, and four NCAA Regional Championships during her time in Glassboro. The Rowan Coaching Staff was named NFCA Regional Coaching Staff of the Year in 2023 and 2024, as well as NJAC Coaching Staff of the Year.
 
Previously, Dailey was an assistant coach at Clearview Regional High School from 2010-17. She helped lead the Pioneers to the South Jersey Group IV playoffs in all eight years. Dailey also has over 25 years of experience as an instructor at various softball camps and as a private coach.
 
Dailey played at Rider University from 1990-93 and is a member of the school’s 100-hit club. The Broncs had an overall record of 111-57 during her career and won the 1990 East Coast Conference Championship. Rider also captured the 1991 Eastern College Athletic Conference title.
 
A product of Cherokee High School, Dailey earned All-State second team honors in 1988 and also received All-South Jersey and All-Conference accolades while helping lead the Chiefs to the 1988 Group IV state crown.
 
Dailey graduated from Rider in 1993 with a degree in sociology and a minor in social work. She earned her master’s in counseling and human relations from Villanova University in 2005.
