PHILADELPHIA, PA – Both the men's and women's indoor track & field teams stand in first place after Day 1 of the 2025 New Jersey Athletic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships. The two-day meet is taking place at the Ott Center on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania.
UPDATED RESULTS
The men (80 points) hold a 14-point edge over second-place TCNJ (64) with Stockton in third place (26 points).
The women have totaled 67.5 points, with Stockton (60 points) and TCNJ (58.5) not far behind.
Here are some highlights from the women:
- The 4x200 relay consisting of
Molly Lodge,
Jasmine Pope,
Jasmine Broadway, and
Nevaeh Lorjuste broke its own school record in a first-place finish (1:40.75). The foursome set the previous mark of 1:41.61 at last season's NJAC Indoor Championships.

Gabriella Pagano captured the 5000 meters (18:23.57);
Emily Zanni was third (18:43.96) and
Shannon Stakelbeck was fourth (19:00.87).

Lexi Bey was runner up in the shot as the senior hit an indoor PR of 12.09 meters
- The distance medley relay squad of Pagano,
Ava Rizzo,
Paige Franklin, and
Lisa O'Sullivan produced the #22 DIII time of 12:26.76 in a second-place finish.
- In preliminary action,
Nyla Jones claimed a top 35 NCAA Division III time with a 9.01 showing in the 60 meter hurdles. In the 60 meters, both Lodge (7.90) and
Kayla Julien (7.87) advanced to the finals on Sunday.
Men's action included:
- The men's 4x200 relay of
Masai Byrd,
Rajahn Dixon,
Elijah Hendricks, and
Robert McKinney set a new Division III record in winning the event with a time of 1:25.45, breaking the two-year old mark set by the Profs Jah'Mere Beasley,
Amara Conte,
Evan Corcoran, and current Prof
Nana Agyemang.

Matthew Conway capturing the 5000 meters (14:58.93) after a runner up finish at last season's championships.

Tyler Raimondi was the winner in the pole vault with a top mark and season-best of 4.55 meters.
- Rowan will send all six entries to the 60 meter hurdle finals.
Jamir Brown came close to breaking his own Division III indoor record (7.72) he set back in December with a 7.74 result.
Kwaku Nkrumah (7.92),
Marquise Young (7.95),
Jason Agyemang (8.00),
Michael Lawrence (8.23), and
Anaias Hughes (8.38) all will race on Sunday.
- In the 60 meter prelims, Byrd clocked in a PR and a #14 DIII best 6.84.
Dominic George (6.99) will join Byrd in the finals.
The final day of the championships begin tomorrow at 3 p.m.
