NEW ORLEANS, LA -- Gabriella Pagano has been named the 2025 United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Division III Metro Region Athlete of the Year.

The senior reigned at the NJAC Championships before placing third at the Metro Region Championships and 45th at the NCAA DIII Cross Country Championships in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The Rowan standout topped other podiums at the Osprey Open and the Salisbury Fall Classic, and finished top ten at both the Paul Short Run and the Rowan Border Battle.

Pagano was named the 2025 NJAC Runner of the Year with her first-place finish to help the Profs to the team title at the conference championship. A three-time all-conference selection, Pagano etched her name as the 14th runner in program history to win a NJAC individual title.
