LOGAN TWP., NJ - Rowan's women's cross country team placed fourth at the 2025 Metro Region Championships which the Profs hosted today at the DREAM Park while
Gabriella Pagano was the team's top finisher in third place.

Pagano, the NJAC champion, covered the 6k course in 21.14.1 to take third. As a top 10 finisher, she will move on to the NCAA Championships on November 22nd in Spartanburg, SC.

Ally Wernik,
Jezena Aponte and
Emily Zanni earn All-Region honors with their Top 35 finishes. Wernik placed 15th, clocking a time of 22:31.9, Aponte was 27th in  22:53.8 and Zanni placed 32nd, with a time of 22:59.7.

Rounding out the Profs' competitors in the field of 100 were
Juliana Sieminski in 44th place (23:27.6),
Shannon Stakelbeck in 46th (23:31.7) and
Zoey Doelling, who placed 58th (23:55.4).

Swarthmore was the team champion with 71 points, followed by TCNJ (103 points), Moravian (106) and Rowan with 113 points.
