COLLEGE PARK, MD -- With Day 3 in the books at the 2023-24 New Jersey Athletic Conference Swimming & Diving Championships, let's take a look at some of the Rowan highlights.

Ella Pennington clocked in a NCAA B cut in the 100 fly, finishing in first place (55.31) and first in the 100 backstoke (56.28). She teamed with
Elizabeth Jones,
Barbara Mora, and
Laura Jones in the 200 free relay (1:38.71).
Kaitlyn Crouthamel claimed first in the 400 IM with a season-best time of 4:32.57.
The Profs slipped a spot down to fourth place with 622 points, trailing Salisbury by 34 points. Mary Washington moved into first place with 809 points while Montclair State in second with 719.
Action concludes on Sunday with the first session beginning at 9:30 a.m. and the final session starting at 5:30 p.m. at the University of Maryland.
