HAMPTON, VA -- Rowan took third at the 2025 New Jersey Athletic Conference Swimming & Diving Championships as the four-day meet came to a close Sunday night from the Hampton Aquaplex.

The four-day total came to 962 points, 65.5 ahead of fourth-place Montclair State (782.5). Mary Washington was second (1394.5) with Salisbury claiming the team title with 1419 points.
Ella Pennington stayed hot on Sunday, picking up her third first-place finish of the weekend as the junior broke her own school record in winning the 200 backstroke (1:58.59).
Kaitlyn Crouthamel scored first place in the 1650 free with her best time of the season (17:28.47).
The 400 free relay of Pennington, Crouthamel,
Barbara Mora, and
Laura Jones took third with a season-best time of 3:31.00.
