GLASSBORO, NJ - The Rowan women's lacrosse team will get the 2023 season underway today, February 22nd, when the Profs visit Ursinus. Game time is 4 p.m. with live video available -

SCHEDULE
The Profs are coming off a season in which they reached the NJAC Championship Game for the third time in the past four years that the conference tournament was held. Rowan ended the year on a strong note, winning six games in a row to reach the conference final and posting a 10-8 overall record and a 5-1 NJAC mark.Â
Rowan was picked to finish second in the league, according to the NJAC Preseason Coaches Poll and returns four of its top six scorers from last year.
Julianna Corson is the Profs' leading returning scorer as she had 52 points with 34 goals and 18 assists as she received All-NJAC Honorable Mention in 2022.
Molly Green, a sophomore midifelder, tallied 49 points with 33 goals and 16 assists last season to be named the NJAC Rookie of the Year and earn a spot on the All-Conference First Team. Heading into this season, Green was selected to the 2023 Preseason All-America Third Team by
USA Lacrosse Magazine.

Reilly Shaup. Juniors
Sophia Schiavo and
Hannah Lombardo are serving along with Corson as Rowan's team captains.
The first home game for Rowan is next Wednesday, March 1 when the Profs host Drew at 5 p.m. at the Rowan Soccer & Lacrosse Complex.
