STATEN ISLAND, NY -- Rowan spent Friday at the Ocean Breeze Complex for the Great Dane Invitational hosted by Albany, and turned in some top performances. There was no team scoring at the event that featured schools from Divisions I, II, and III.

Promise Fadahunsi ran a PR in the 200 meters (26.06) and hit an All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference (AARTFC) qualifying time in the 60 meter preliminaries (8.05).

Nicole Notarianni also made an AATFC mark in the 60 meter hurdles (9.26) as well as both Olivia Scattergood (15.54 meters) and Makayla Taylor (15.13 meters) in the weight throw.

Amanthy Sosa Caceres, Molly Lodge, Jasmine Broadway, and Nevaeh Lorjuste clocked in at 4:01.75 in the 4x400 relay which also hits an AATFC mark.

Nicole Bertollo hit a season-best in the 800 meters (2:35.44). Fresh off a PR last week in the same building, Mahon McClenahan ran her second-fastest time in the 500 meters (1:26.17).

Next weekend, the team heads to upstate New York for the Ithaca College Bomber Invite on Saturday, February 5th.
