2020 Outdoor: Received New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) All-Academic honorable mention... Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction… Selected a team captain

2019-20 Indoor: Earned NJAC honorable mention with a third place (9.10) in the 60 meter hurdles at the conference championships… Ran a personal best of 27.78 in the 200 meters at the Albany Winter Classic… Finished the 60 meter dash in 8.47 at the Fastrack National Invite… Named a team captain

2019 Outdoor: Took fifth place in the 100 meter hurdles with a personal record 15.23 at the NJAC Championships… Was 11th (1:12.35) in the 400 meter hurdles at the conference championships… Had a personal record 1:11.77 in the 400 meter hurdles at the Widener Invitational… Finished second (15.89) in the 400 meter hurdles at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society… Received NJAC -Academic honorable mention… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete of Distinction All

2018-19 Indoor: Ran a season best 29.65 in the 200 meters at the Lehigh Fast Times Before Finals… Had top time of 9.69 in the 60 meter hurdles at the Fastrack National Invite 

2018 Outdoor: Came in 10th in the 100 meter hurdles with a top time of 15.53 at the NJAC Championships… Placed seventh (16.86) in the 100 meter hurdles at the Oscar Moore Invitational… Produced a season best 13.83 in the 100 meters at the Widener Invitational… Took 10th in the 100 meter hurdles at the Lehigh Games (15.67) and Swarthmore Final Qualifier (15.74)… Named a Rowan Scholar-Athlete

2017-18 Indoor: Finished eighth (9.72) in the 60 meter hurdles and had a top time of 28.96 in the 200 meters at Fast Times Before Finals… Ran a season best 9.49 in the 60 meter hurdles at the Fastrack National Invitational… Completed the 60 meters in a top time of 8.39 at the Ramapo Season Opener 

High School/Personal: Competed in cross country and track & field at South Brunswick High School... Majoring in early childhood education
