Center fielder Dan Shane (jr. Perkasie, PA/Pennridge) and left fielder Monny Strickland (sr. Egg Harbor Twp., NJ/Egg Harbor Twp.) each went two-for-four with one RBI. One of Shane's hits was a triple. Shortstop Dillon Mendel (jr. Sparta, NJ/Sparta), second baseman Alex Kokos (so. Wayne, NJ/Wayne Valley) and right fielder Kyle Golla (sr. It was a pitcher's duel early as both squads were held off the scoreboard through the first five frames. The Profs broke through for two runs in the sixth. Mendel led off with a double to center. Kokos had a base hit to left and there were runners on the corners. After a groundout, Mendel scored on a wild pitch. Strickland then sent a base knock to left to plate Kokos. Rowan added a run in the ninth. Golla walked with one out and went to third on an error. Shane followed with a RBI triple down the left field line.

The baseball team faces Rutgers-Newark in a doubleheader at Saint Peter's University on Saturday, April 14 at 11:30 a.m.
