Box Score RADNOR, PA – The Rowan University women's lacrosse team had a 17-15 triumph at Cabrini University on Friday.
The Profs have a 7-3 record while the Cavaliers are 9-3 overall.

Giselle Cortes (sr. Pennsauken, NJ/Pennsauken) and attack
Reese Parr (so. Freehold, NJ/Howell) had one goal apiece. Midfielder
Nicole Mickendrow (jr. Jackson, NJ/Jackson Liberty) picked up five ground balls and Kramer caused three turnovers. Goalkeeper
Erin Horner (jr. Mullica Hill, NJ/Kingsway Reg.) made 18 saves.
For Cabrini, attack/midfielder Avery Murphy (so. Paoli, PA/Archbishop John Carroll) produced five goals, one assist and six draw controls. Midfielder/defender Jackie Neary (jr. Logan Twp., NJ/Kingsway Reg.) scored four times and added six caused turnovers and five ground balls. Attack Liz Hoeffner (so. Malvern, PA/South Side) contributed with two goals and one assist while attack Sasha Wozniak (jr. Royersford, PA/Spring-Ford) found the net twice.
Attack/midfielder Emily Crouse (jr. Allentown, PA/Allentown Central Catholic) and midfielder/defender Jess Breuning (sr. Rockledge, PA/St. Hubert) each recorded one goal. Breuning also totaled five ground balls. Goalie Megan Barlow (sr. Folcroft, PA/Academy Park) stopped 12 shots.
The teams traded goals throughout the first half until the score was 6-6 with 4:27 on the clock. Rowan then ended the period with three straight tallies. Herbert scored on a free position attempt (4:07), Hubbs hit the net (2:26) and Kramer recorded a free position goal (0:37).
In the second stanza, Gretz's marker (12:40) gave the Profs a 15-11 lead. Breuning (11:53), Hoeffner (7:36) and Wozniak (6:05) had goals to cut the deficit to one (15-14). Gretz beat the goalie at the 4:30 mark but Neary made it a one-goal game again with 1:06 left. Attack
Megan Donnelly (sr. Sewell, NJ/Clearview Reg.) controlled the ensuing draw and Bray scored the insurance goal with 40 seconds remaining.
The Profs begin conference play against Stockton University on Tuesday, April 11 at 7 p.m.
