Box Score GLASSBORO, NJ – The Elizabethtown College field hockey team won 4-3 in overtime at Rowan University on Wednesday night.
Midfielder Nicole Leaf (sr. Marriottsville, MD/Marriotts Ridge) recorded the game-winner at 73:43. She hit the left side of the cage after a pass from the right by midfielder Megan Eppley (jr. Mechanicsburg, PA/Cumberland Valley).
Forwards Charity Good (sr. Muncy, PA/Muncy), Kelsey Detweiler (sr. Elizabethtown, PA/Lower Dauphin) and Madison Kubik (fr. Bensalem, PA/Bensalem) each scored one goal for Elizabethtown. Midfielder

Aquino started the scoring at 8:17 with an unassisted tally. Detweiler knotted the score at one (9:14) when she knocked in a rebound. Aquino answered with goals at 17:38 and 19:31 for a 3-1 advantage. She found a loose ball and tapped it in then had help from Pino on the third goal. Pino sent a long hit from outside the circle to Aquino inside on the right side. Kubik pushed in a loose ball at 26:38 and the Blue Jays trailed 3-2 at the break. At 37:30, Good tied the score with a shot to the left side of Rowan's net.
Rowan travels to Stockton University on Saturday, Oct. 29 for a noon conference game. The Profs need a win on Saturday to advance to the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championship Tournament.
