Box Score RADNOR, PA – Attack Vicky Sucharski scored the game-winning goal with 2:37 left in the game, lifting the Rowan University women's lacrosse team to a 14-13 victory over Cabrini College on Friday.
Sucharski broke a 12-12 tie at the 47:07 mark then Cavaliers' defender Bree Thompson (sr. Essington, PA/Interboro) knotted the game at 13 with 8:03 on the clock. The Profs have a record of 3-3 and Cabrini is 5-5 overall.
Sucharski (sr. Cinnaminson, NJ/Cinnaminson) had three goals and two assists. Attacks

Rachel Hofbauer (so. Wayne, NJ/Wayne Valley) tallied three goals and one assist apiece. Attack
Rachel Emerson (jr. Moorestown, NJ/Moorestown) chipped in with two goals. Midfielders
Jamie Blondina (sr. Toms River, NJ/Toms River S.) and
Brittany Bollendorf (jr. Sewell, NJ/Washington Twp.) each produced one goal and one assist. Midfielder
Kelly O'Brien (so. Kendall Park, NJ/South Brunswick) scored one goal.
For Cabrini, attack/midfielder Lacie Doubet (sr. Swarthmore, PA/Ridley) registered four goals. Attack/midfielder Melissa Scanzano (so. Havertown, PA/Havertown) and Thompson each had three goals. Attack Katie Lasater (so. Malvern, PA/Great Valley) added one goal and two assists. Midfielder/defender Jackie Neary (fr. Logan Twp., NJ/Kingsway Reg.) and attack/midfielder Sarah Carzo (jr. Wallingford, PA/Strath Haven) scored one goal apiece. Midfielder/defender Allie Vallen (so. Maple Shade, NJ/Maple Shade) had one assist.
Rowan goalie Erin Horner (fr. Mullica Hill, NJ/Kingsway Reg.) and Cabrini goalie Megan Barlow (so. Folcroft, PA/Academy Park) each made eight saves.
Thompson opened the scoring (1:30) for Cabrini. Rowan then scored four straight as Emerson (2:34), O'Brien (4:05), Hofbauer (4:43) and Wood (6:03) each hit the back of the net. Doubet (6:45) and Hofbauer (7:31) traded goals, making the score 5-2. The Cavaliers cut the deficit to one (5-4) after scores by Thompson (8:36) and Lasater (8:56). Sucharski gave the Profs a two-goal advantage with 20:45 on the clock then Cabrini tallied three consecutive goals by Scanzano (11:49), Doubet (15:45) and Scanzano (25:14) putting Cabrini back in front, 7-6. Hofbauer (28:16) and Emerson (29:59) tallied the final two goals of the half, giving Rowan an 8-7 lead at the break.
Blondina scored with 27:59 on the clock in the second half, extending the Profs' advantage to 9-7. Cabrini trimmed the lead to one three times. Rowan led 12-10 after a Wood goal (39:33). Cabrini tied the game at 12 on scores by Scanzano (41:00) and Neary (45:59).
Next, Rowan travels to Stevens Institute of Technology on Wednesday, April 1 at 7 p.m.
