Jon Sewnig (sr. Yardville, NJ/Notre Dame) took first place at the New Jersey Athletic Confer- ence (NJAC) Championships (Nov. 1) with a time of 25:30.17. He became the second straight Prof to capture the individual title and the third in four years. Sewnig’s performance earned him NJAC Runner of the Week honors and helped the Profs finish second in the meet.
