Center fielder Nicolina Veneziano (so. Bloomfield, NJ/Bloomfield) had a huge week for the softball team. In a doubleheader against Ramapo College (April 3), she was a combined five for six with three RBIs, three runs scored and three home runs. Veneziano earned NJAC Player of the Week honors for the second straight week. This season, she leads the team with a .414 batting average, 20 runs scored, six home runs, an .862 slugging percentage and a .500 on base percentage. She is tied for first on the team with 13 RBIs.
