Ella Pennington and
Kaitlyn Crouthamel scored individual victories to pace Rowan after day 3 of the 2025-26 NJAC Swimming & Diving Championships at the Hampton Aquaplex.
RESULTS THROUGH SATURDAY
The Profs move back up to third place, totaling 636 points. Salisbury remains in first place with 1093 points and Mary Washington in second with 676.5.
Pennington notched her second gold medal of the championships, this one coming in the 100 fly for the third-straight year with a 54.53 top time. On Friday, she captured the 200 IM title.
Crouthamel secured the 400 IM title after a second-place showing in last season's championships; the 4:27.94 mark is also an NCAA 'B' Cut and a new personal best time.

Lily Pushkar clocked in with a PR in the 200 free (1:57.36), where she placed sixth

Rhylee Cornell put down a season-best time in the 100 breastroke in a fifth-place finish (1:05.42)

The four-day meet concludes tomorrow starting the first session at 9:30 a.m.
