Molly Klinedinst,
Trisha Lau, and
Ella Pennington all were honored by the College Sports Communicators on its CSC Women's Swimming Academic All-District Team.
In order to be eligible, nominees must meet the following criteria:Â An undergraduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) and a graduate student-athlete must have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as both an undergraduate and a grad student. Additionally, student-athletes must compete in 75 percent of competitions OR finish top-eight at a conference meet OR participate in a national championship.
This is the third year in a row Pennington, a Biomedical Engineering major, has been selected. Last season, she was named an Academic All-American© becoming the first student-athlete to earn the distinction.
Klinedinst, and English Education major, picks up her second academic honor after being named in 2023-24.
Harris (Finance major) and Lau (Psychology major) are awarded for the first time.
Pennington earned All-American honors at the Division III Swimming & Diving championships for the fourth-straight season. All four student-athletes were also All-NJAC honorees as well.
