Colin Costello,
Jordon Drayton,
Derek Kneeppel,
Nate Maiers,
Joseph Riina,
Josh Schumann, and
Michael Zarfati were honored by the College Sports Communicators on is 2025 CSC Football Academic All-District Team.
The requirements to be selected for Academic All-District honors are a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade point average and a sophomore or higher standing. Additionally, student-athletes must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the games.
Drayton, a Chemistry major, is selected to the team for the second year in a row. Linemates Chinchillo (Biological Sciences), Kneeppel (Civil Engineering), and Riina (Finance) also made the cut as did Maiers (Finance) and Zarfati (Exploratory Studies).
Costello (Pre-Business) and Schumann (Management) make up the eight Profs named to the team.
Chinchillo, Drayton, and Zarfati were also honored this season with selections
to the Philly-SIDA Academic All-Area Team.
On the field, Chinchillo, Maiers, and Zarfati were
named NJAC All-Conference as well.
Rowan posted a 8-2-1 record in 2025, earning a postseason win in the season-ending ECAC Bushnell Bowl with a 26-20 victory over Utica.
