Jena Kaul had a match-high 16 kills while
Alexa Kelleher added a career-best 14 kills as the duo combined for 30 of the team's 47 kills. Setter
Raven Albrecht was a dig shy of a double double (36 assists/9 digs) and added a team-best five aces.
Kaul's 16 kills moves the senior to just four away from hitting 1,000 for her career (996). Â
The Profs dominated the first two sets, limiting the Mighty Macs to just 10 kills in that span. Immacaulata rallied to force a fourth set, breaking a 12-12 tie in the third to hang on for a 25-20 score. Rowan totaled 12 kills, with five from Kelleher, in that fourth to lead from start to finish to help lock up the team's tenth win on the year.
Abby Chadwick (seven kills) and
Abigail Bivona (six kills) each posted five blocks while
Ava Best had three (one solo). Rowan totaled eight blocks and 15 aces in the win.
Emma Hodgson led the Mighty Macs with eight kills as the team managed a 26-26-109 team hitting line.
Next up for the Profs is a NJAC matchup with Ramapo here on Thursday in a 7 p.m. start.
