Lodge Voted NJAC Outstanding Track Athlete of the Year as All-Conference Teams are Announced

PITMAN, NJ -- Molly Lodge was named the 2024-25 New Jersey Athletic Conference Women's Indoor Track & Field Outstanding Track Athlete of the Year to highlight as the conference announced its all-conference teams, that featured a total of 12 student-athletes.

Lodge won three golds and a bronze in her final indoor conference championship meet back on February 22nd and 23rd. She won the 200 meters with a season-best time of 25.37 seconds and was also part of two winning relays, including the 4x200 and 4x400 meters. The 4x200 posted a school record time of 1:40.75, a time that sat within the NCAA top 10. She helped the 4x400 set a new championship meet record of 3:53.87, which was also a season best for the Profs and within the NCAA top 25. Lodge added a bronze in the 60 meters, posting a season-best 7.86 seconds in the event.

All-Conference honors were determined by finish at the recent NJAC Indoor Track & Field Championship and major awards were voted on by the league's nine head coaches. First place finishers at the NJAC Championships earn first-team selections, with second place getting second team, and third place named honorable mention.

Joining Lodge with first-team honors is Nyla Jones (60 meter hurdles), Nevaeh Lorjuste (400 meters), Gabriella Pagano (5000 meters). The 4x200 relay of Lodge, Lorjuste, Jasmine Broadway, and Jasmine Pope as well as the 4x400 relay of Loge, Lorjuste, Pope, and Paige Franklin were also honored.

Second-team accolades went to Anna Sasse (Mile), Lexi Bey (Shot), and the Distance Medley Relay of Pagano, Franklin, Ava Rizzo, and Lisa O'Sullivan.
