GLASSBORO, NJ -- Selections to the 2025 Division III Swimming and Diving Championships were made and Rowan will be represented in seven events at this year's nationals.

Ella Pennington has been selected to compete in three events: 100 butterfly, 100 backstroke, and 200 backstroke.

On the men's side, the 800 free relay of Tobias Cahnbley, Braden Sheehan, Alex Volin, Jack Watson were selected. Additionally, Watson earned spots in two individual events (100 backstroke & 200 free) with Cahnbley set to compete in the 500 free.

Action gets underway from the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, North Carolina from Wednesday, March 19th to Saturday, March 22nd.

Pennington, who will swim at nationals for the third year in a row, notched her qualifying times at the NJAC Championships as the junior swam the sixth-fastest time in Division III in the 100 fly (54.48), fifth fastest in the 100 back (54.51), and third best in the 200 back (1:58.59). Pennington also broke her two school records in the 100 and 200 fly at the meet.

The 800 free relay punched its ticket to nationals at the NJAC Championships after clocking in at 6:33.74 for the ninth-fastest time in Division III.

Watson would set a school record in the 200 free portion (1:37.30) of the 800 free relay for a top 10 Division III time. For the 100 back, Watson stopped the clock at 47.63 in the 100 back at the Franklin & Marshall Invite back in November.

Cahnbley (4:26.59) secured the 10th-best time in the nation in the 500 free at the NJAC Championships.

Volin is on the alternate/invited list in the 100 fly (48.99) and 200 IM (1:50.67) as is Cahnbley in the 100 (49.09) and 200 free (1:39.83). Also on that list is the 200 medley relay (1:29.21) of Watson, Volin, Cahnbley, and Gavin Luong, 400 medley relay (3:17.77) of Watson, Volin, Sheehan, and T.J. Moderski.
