HAMPTON, VA -- The second day of the 2025 New Jersey Athletic Conference Swimming & Diving Championships is in the books with the men's and women's teams each sitting in fourth place respectively.
Friday's highlights:
- The women's 400 medley relay consisting of
Ella Pennington,
Rhylee Cornell,
Lilyanna Martin, and
Laura Jones finished third with a top time this season of 3:51.37

Kaitlyn Crouthamel (5:05.80) and Martin (5:10.99) hit season bests in the 500 free finals, finishing fourth and seventh
- Cornell (2:09.12 in the 200 IM) and Jones (24.47 in the 50 free) also hit top times for this year
- The men's 400 medley relay of
Jack Watson,
T.J. Moderski,
Alex Volin, and
Braden Sheehan placed third with a season-best and an NCAA 'B' cut time of 3:17.77.

Tobias Cahnbley captured the 500 free, breaking his own school record in the finals (4:26.59)
 -Watson hit his third career fastest time in the 50 free (20.18) where he was second in the finals
The women have totaled 309 points so far, just 10 behind third-place Montclair State (319). Salisbury (453 points) is in second place with Mary Washington in first (472.5 points).
On the men's side, the Profs (284 points) trail third-place Salisbury (339 points) with Merchant Marine (407 points) in second. TCNJ is in first with 635 points.
Action gets underway on Day 3 tomorrow from the Hampton Aquaplex at 9:30 a.m.
