JERSEY CITY, NJ -- Rowan ended New Jersey Athletic Conference play with a 3-1 win (25-23, 18-25, 25-20, and 25-16) at NJCU Tuesday evening as the Profs placed five players in double-figure kills.

The team put down 56 kills, its most this season in four-set matches.
Jessica Smart paced the attack with 12 kills.
Jena Kaul and
Abby Chadwick each added 11 with
Ciara Bradley and
Abigail Bivona kicking in 10 apiece.
With the win, the Profs lock up the #2 playoff seed in next week's NJAC Tournament where the team receives a bye to the semifinal round. That match will take place in Esby Gym on Thursday, November 13th at 7 p.m. against an opponent to be determined after the quarterfinal round. The NJAC is utilizing digital ticketing and tickets can be purchased in advance - prices are $10 for adults and $5 for children, students and senior citizens. No cash will be accepted at the venue.

Raven Albrecht tied her second-best effort of the season with 45 assists and added 10 digs for her seventh double double.
Vanessa Hutchinson recorded her fifth match this year with 20 more digs, as the senior registered a match-best 20.
Next up for the Profs is Senior Day on Saturday as the squad welcomes Widener and Susquehanna for a tri-match here in Glassboro. Rowan and Widener start things off at 11 a.m.
