Abby Chadwick and
Jessica Smart were named All-Americans by the American Volleyball Coaches Association as announced on Wednesday.

Chadiwck and Smart become the fourth and fifth players respectively in program history to be named AVCA All-American. The duo earned spots on the honorable mention list.
First-team
All-NJACÂ and
AVCA All-Region honors went to both Chadwick and Smart who helped the Profs put together a 7-1 NJAC record to earn the #2 seed in the conference tournament. A semifinal loss ended the Prof season at 25-6.
Playing in all 31 matches, Chadwick racked up 241 kills (2.62 kills per set) and a .275 hitting percentage which were all career highs. The junior put down a personal best 19 kills against Stockton in the NJAC Tournament. Smart, who appeared in 29 matches, garnered NJAC Rookie of the Year honors after leading Rowan with 339 kills and ranking fourth in the NJAC in kills per set (3.61). Smart's .290 hitting percentage was second-best on the team. The freshman was chosen the NJAC Player of the Week twice this season.
