COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Rowan's Tess Herman and Alexa Ronning have been named to the 2025 NFHCA Division III Senior Team capping off their final seasons in which they helped Rowan to its fifth straight NJAC Championship and seventh consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance.

The Profs' duo is among 60 Division III senior student-athletes to earn the honor which recognizes their competitive excellence, leadership, and lasting influence within their programs.
 
Herman, the team co-captain, was named the NJAC's Defensive Player of the Year and became the first Prof to earn the honor twice. She earned selection to the All-NJAC First Team for the third year in a row and is the first Rowan player to achieve that since 2021.
 
In addition to leading the Rowan defense that gave up just 1.77 goals per game, Herman had her best season on offense, contributing a career-high 13 points with three goals and seven assists. She finishes her career with 12 goals and nine assists while starting all 85 games.
 
Ronning upped her scoring totals in her second season at Rowan, registering six goals and five assists (17 points), to rank third on the team in scoring. The senior put together her first multiple-goal game when she tallied two in a 3-0 win over Montclair State that clinched the Profs' fifth consecutive NJAC regular-season title.
 
In her two-year career at Rowan, Ronning accounted for 32 points, with 11 goals and 10 assists as she started all 45 games.
