Brycen Williams scored 27 points and
Taz Cantey had 19 but Drew made a late run to hand Rowan a 95-92 loss in non-conference men's basketball action.

Williams hit five three-pointers and
Khalil Baker scored a season-high 18 points as he shot 7-for-9 from the field.
Skip Burton added 11 points for the Profs.

With Rowan leading, 83-79, Drew used an 11-0 run in the final five minutes to push ahead in a game that saw both teams own the lead. With Rowan leading 83-81 at 5:43, the Rangers scored 11 straight to take a 90-83 advantage with four minutes to play. Williams scored seven points in the final two minutes but it wasn't enough to push the Profs ahead.
Drew led by as much as 12 early in the game, but the Profs chipped away. They eventually tied it but the Rangers held onto the lead, with a 47-44 advantage at halftime.

In the second half, Rowan took a 10-point lead, 69-59 with 12:10 to go. The Profs led by as much as 11 before Drew went on an 8-2 run to cut the deficit to 74-69. Rowan would lead, 79-71, after a
Michael Pirone layup but Drew answered with three straight field goals. Drew took the lead for good at 5:10 on a three from Andre De Los Reyes, 85-83.

Rowan shot 48.4 percent from the field in the game but committed 17 turnovers while also forcing 13 from Drew.
The Profs (0-3) will look for their first win of the season when they host Johns Hopkins in the home opener on Tuesday, November 18 at 6 p.m. Digital tickets are available now and cash will not be accepted at Esby Gym.
