Johnny Troiano's goal with 6:44 to play lifted #24 Rowan to a 1-0 win over William Paterson in the quarterfinals of the 2025 NJAC Men's Soccer Championship. The defending champion and third-seeded Profs advance to the NJAC Semifinals for the sixth consecutive season and will travel to second-seeded Stockton on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. The victory extends Rowan's (13-3-4) winning streak to four.
Luke McNamee set up the gamewinner when he sent a long cross from the near the sideline to Troiano, who was waiting at the far post. The senior was there and left-footed it into the net for his conference-leading 17th goal of the season.

Travis Holiday thwarted a point-blank header by Delvin Nktia of William Paterson early in the second half as he made three saves en route to posting his third shutout of the year.
William Paterson's Luca Nisko was faced with 17 shots from the Profs and posted five saves.
The winner of the Rowan at Stockton semifinal match advances to the conference championship on Saturday, November 8 to be played at the site of the highest remaining seeded team.
