GLASSBORO, NJ -- Seniors
Natalina Baldinazzo,
Elizabeth Jones,
Laura Jones,
Emma Padros,
Madeline Seybold, and
Bella Stefanowicz were honored before Saturday's tri-meet with #10 Swarthmore and Kean. The Profs fell to the Garnet, 191-70, and to the Cougars, 169-92, Saturday afternoon at the Tony Lisa Natatorium on Senior Day.
The five seniors were honored in a pre-meet ceremony along with their parents.
FINAL RESULTS
Ella Pennington claimed a first in the 100 back (56.46) and a second-place showing in the 200 back (2:04.75).
Rookie
Rhylee Cornell posted three top 5 finishes on the day: Third place in the 100 breaststroke (1:08.87), fourth place in the 200 breaststroke (2:27.90), and a fourth place in the 200 IM (2:16.27). Fellow freshman
Lilyanna Martin scored a pair of fourth-place finishes in the 200 fly (2:12.04) and the 500 free (5:20.33).
Padros was fifth in both the 200 back (2:11.48) and 200 IM (2:16.29).
The team turns its attention to the 2025 New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships that start on Thursday, February 13th through Sunday the 16th at the Aquaplex in Hampton, Virginia.
