GLASSBORO, NJ  - Ninth-ranked TCNJ rallied in the second half to upend Rowan, 15-11, in a game that decided the NJAC regular-season championship. Rowan (6-10; 3-1) suffered its first loss in the conference on "Senior Day" as the team honored seniors Sophia Schiavo and Mel Rodgers in their final regular-season home game.

Molly Green led Rowan with four goals while Fiona Lockhart and Elaina Corson tallied two each. Hannah Lombardo, Calista Burke and Yasmin Harris had one apiece. Trish Gillen was the team's top playmaker with a career-high four assists.

Rowan came out firing and scored the first two goals of the game, from Green and Lockhart,  and would ultimately outscore TCNJ, 7-3, in the first quarter. The Profs received two goals from Green and Corson in the period, along with tallies from  Burke and Lombardo.

TCNJ (11-4; 4-0) cut the deficit in the low-scoring second quarter and was able to pull within, 9-6, by halftime. Green and Lockhart had Rowan's only two goals in the period.
The game turned in the third quarter as TCNJ outscored the Profs, 5-1, with Harris picking up the lone goal for Rowan. The Lions tied the game at 3:43 and took their first lead, 11-10, with 1:34 to play in the quarter.

Green scored 30 seconds into the fourth quarter to tie the game again, 11-11, but Katherine Naiburg's goal at 10:46 proved to be the gamewinner as TCNJ took the lead for good, 12-11.

The teams both took 21 shots on goal, but the Profs committed 23 turnovers. Rodgers stopped six shots on the day for Rowan.
