HAMPDEN-SYDNEY, VA - The Rowan men's basketball team will take on top-ranked Hampden-Sydney in the third round of the NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Championship on Friday at 7 p.m. at Kirby Field House.

The Profs (21-7) have reached the sectional for the second year in a row, while making their third straight appearance in the NCAA Tournament. Hampden-Sydney (28-2) won the the ODAC Championship and advanced to this round with wins over La Roche and Farmingdale State.

Prior to the Profs' game with the host team, Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CA) and Nebraska Wesleyan will play on Friday at 4 p.m. The winners will play on Saturday, March 9, at 7 p.m. for a trip to the NCAA Final Four in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
