STATEN ISLAND, NY -- Rowan's Men's Indoor Track and Field was back at it on Friday at the St. Thomas Aquinas Spartan Invitational held at Ocean Breeze. There was no team scoring in the event.

Some tidbits from today's action:
- Marquise Young was first in the 60 meters, stopping the clock at 8.10; Jason Agyemang was third, with a PR time of 8.35; Young would also hit an indoor PR in the 200, placing fourth (22.43)
- Max Owens won the pole vault, clearing 4.47 meters for a PR in the event
- Amara Conte was took first in the 500 meters, just shy of a PR in a time of 1:03.88
- Nana Agyemang clocked in at 49.40 to win the 400 meters
- Josh Caudill eclipsed his PR in the shot (14.53 meters) where he was sixth overall
- Rookies Jamile Gantt and Damarion Potts tied for second (1.98 meters) in the high jump
- The 4x400 meter relay team of Jarquil Young, Samael Milevoix, Nick Razze, and Nick Garman clicked in at 3:21.50 to notch a top 5 Division III mark

Next weekend, the team will see action on Friday at the FastTrack Invite right here at Ocean Breeze. On Saturday, the Profs will head to Ursinus for the Collegeville Classic.
