STATEN ISLAND, NY -- Rowan started the 2023-23 indoor season on Friday at the FastTrack National Invitational held at the Ocean Breeze Complex in Staten Island. There was no team scoring at the event.

Some highlights from the day's action:

- Marquise Young was first in the 60 hurdle finals with a PR time of 8.02

- Young, Nana Agyemang, Zachery Hall, and Samael Milevoix captured the 4x400 relay (3:17.97)

- Hall (49.60) and Milevoix (49.65) went 1-2 in the 400 meters

- Teddy Wilson was second in the 800 meters (1:56.88)

- Damarion Potts took third in the high jump (1.99m) and fourth in the long jump (7.18m)

The team will return to action next month at the St. Thomas Aquinas Invitational on January 12 back up at Ocean Breeze.
