GLASSBORO, NJ -- The Rowan Women's Swimming Team opened the 2023-23 season with a 157-105 victory over Stevens on Saturday here at the Tony Lisa Natatorium.

FINAL RESULTS

Ella Pennington picked up right off from her rookie campaign as the sophomore won three events on the day; 100 back (1:00.00), 200 back (2:09.78), and 200 IM (2:13.53).

Emma Padros, Laura Jones, and Elizabeth Jones all took home two wins apiece. Padros captured the 500 free (5:31.38) and 1000 free (11:20.24). Laura won the 100 free (55.12) and Elizabeth was first in the 200 free (2:03.51) with the pair teaming with Barbara Mora and Kailey Sheehan in the 400 free relay (3:44.42).

For the Ducks, Natalia Brunetti was first in both the 100 fly (1:02.40) and the 200 fly (2:17.97).

The team is back at it next Saturday with a meet at #7 NYU.
