PITMAN, NJ -- Rowan's Men's Outdoor Track & Field Team swept the weekly awards by the New Jersey Athletic Conference for the week ending March 27.
Marquise Young was named the NJAC Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week with teammate
Greg Poloso selected the NJAC Men's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week and
Treshan Stevenson chosen the NJAC Men's Outdoor Track & Field Rookie of the Week.
Young's top time in the 110 hurdles (14.76) at Saturday's Oscar Moore Invitational at home put him at #6 in Division III. He also ran leadoff in the 4x400 where the group ran a #7 best Division III mark (3:21.88).
Poloso broke the school record in the javelin (67.89 meters) while besting his top DIII mark.
Stevenson claimed first in the 400 meter hurdles (55.45). His time currently ranks him #9 in DIII.
The squad is back at it this weekend when they head to Widener University for the Danny Curran Invitational starting on Friday.
