Men's Soccer Goes for NJAC Championship at Montclair State on Friday

GLASSBORO, NJ - The Rowan men's soccer team will face Montclair State for the 2022 NJAC Championship on Friday, November 4, at 7 p.m. at MSU Soccer Park, with the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament on the line.

The Profs are the third seed in the championship and defeated NJCU in the first round and advanced past Ramapo on penalty kicks in the semifinals. Rowan, now 10-5-5, has gone unbeaten in seven consecutive games, with the last loss coming to Montclair State, 3-0, on October 8. 

All-NJAC First Team selection Chad Yates leads the Profs in scoring with 12 goals and six assists while All-NJAC Honorable Mention goalkeeper Dylan Aportela has only allowed one goal in the past seven matches. 

Rowan is making its third appearance in the NJAC Final in the past three seasons and is seeking its first conference title since 2003. 

Ticket prices are $5 for adults and $2 for students/senior citizens/children. All ticket sales are cash only.
