In the second, the Profs netted the first six points and kept that lead throughout to go up 2-0.
Newson racked up six of her 12 enders in that third set, as again, another big scoring stretch helped to open up a lead the team would not relinquish.

The Profs are back at it this weekend as the team travels to Eastern for a tri-match with the host Eagles and Goucher.
